With a family as large as ours we are always celebrating a birthday. Lucky us! It's no wonder I can't loose any weight...that darn birthday cake just keeps coming. But I wouldn't want it any other way!! It started with a delicious, and I mean delicious ,dinner made by the one and only Rachel. She coordinated and prepared the meal for everyone and there were about 18 of us there. We had lemon pepper chicken, mashed potatoes, and shoepeg corn casserole with home made rolls. After dinner Sarah opened all of her many presents and then we had cake. Don't let the candles on the cake fool you she didn't turn 7 she really turned forty eight. Oops, did I say that out loud? Oh well, the way I look at it, the more you have the better!
